Many of my adult students start my classes as complete beginners. Some joined for the dancing, some for the exercise and some for the fun.
Whatever the reason for joining you will find that the adult classes are an enjoyable way to keep fit and healthy.

Each class is £25 per month.
Discounts are available for multiple classes

Cost per class (discounts applied for more than three classes taken a week)
1 class per week – £25.00 per month
2 classes per week – £50.00 per month
3 classes per week – £67.50 per month
4 classes per week – £85.00 per month
5 or more classes per week – £100.00 per month

A fun way to get those calories burning
Dancing is a fun and energetic way to keeping fit
Strengthens and tones your muscles
Dancing will increase your overall body strength and sculpt and tone your muscles.
Helps with short and long term memory
Dancing improves brain function on a variety of levels and helps with long term memory.
Increases flexibility and balance
Stretching before and after dancing is very important to gain increased flexibility and strength.
Releases endorphins which improves your mood
Dancing raising the heart rate and causing a release of feel-good endorphins into the bloodstream.
Dancing improves posture and co-ordination.
This class is for people who are unable to stand for long periods of time. In this class students learn to Tap dance while sitting down, but can choose to stand at whichever point they feel comfortable, if at all.
Tap dance (and any other form of dance) helps with memory and confidence. This is a no pressure class, where the speed and standard is dictated by the students.
